It is common place these days for any online home business to use a Blog and write Blog Posts containing great content to deliver messages to their potential customers. You should make sure they are full of good content, are of value to the reader and complement your business. Ideally as a Blog owner you should be writing as a minimum about 3 Blog Posts a week.

Having good relevant content is very important as when people arrive at your Blog they want to know what they are going to learn about.

You will undoubtedly at some point hit a blank and struggle to think of things to write about. Here are just a few ideas to try and help you through this period.

The Google Wonder Wheel:

This is a great tool and excellent for finding new subjects to write about. To find Google Wonder Wheel you can just do a Google search. Then once in the Google Wonder Wheel all you have to do is type in a particular subject and Google Wonder Wheel will show you lots of other search terms that relate to that topic.


Other Peoples Blogs

You can search and look through other Blogs relating to your online home business or the same niche as yours. Do some research and get some new ideas, never copy anyone else's posts though, just get ideas. You will also find articles on these other Blogs and these can also be very useful. By doing this you will be digesting information and therefore increasing your own knowledge.

Problem Solving

People generally arrive at Blogs because they are looking for a solution to a problem. Write Blog posts about a problem you have recently solved or one you have solved in the past. You can bet that if it's in your niche there are people out there looking for this solution.

Newspapers & Magazines

There are plenty of magazines out there covering all sorts of different topics. Have a reed through the ones relating to your niche and you will get some great ideas for your next Blog Post. Take notice of the titles of each article, these are very important and it's this that has to catch the eye. This is particularly important in magazines as there are normally a number of different articles on one page.


Google Alerts

Another Excellent way to write Blog Posts is to use Google Alerts. Here you can type in your subject and Google will show you the best and latest posts for that subject. Use these Blog Posts to gain ideas. It's also good for looking at your own Blog results. You can ask Google to email this information directly to your inbox daily or weekly.
